Khatyn is a memorial complex, a unique architectural and artistic creation of the hands of outstanding masters who wish to perpetuate the memory and pain of the Motherland. The monument was officially opened on July 5, 1969. During the excursion you will learn interesting facts that were declassified only in the early 2000s, you will see the only village cemetery in the world, walk through the "village of the ghost" and feel the fleeting moment between the past and the future.
The Folk Architecture and Rural Lifestyle Museum is located at 6 kilometers from the Minsk encircling highway near villages Strochitsa and Ozertso. This is a unique open-air museum in the Republic. It is divided into three parts: Central Belarus, Poozerje and Podnnieprovje, showing the difference of ethnographic regions of Belarus. By visiting the museum, you will learn how the Belarusians lived a century ago, what they did, and how they educated their children. All exhibits are original, brought from different parts of the country.
Stalin Line is a historical and cultural complex. On its territory mute witnesses of battles - original pillboxes were preserved. In the picturesque town of Lida there is a Gothic medieval castle, built in the distant 1323. The castle was built by charge of the Prince Gedemin for protection from Teutonic Order Knights.
Vitebsk is one of the oldest, and also one of the most beautiful cities of Belarus. By its magnificence it can be safely put together with such beautiful cities as Minsk and Grodno. And every year the Populaire festival "Slavic Bazaar" is helping Vitebsk to become even more beautiful, because local authorities are always trying to make it better before the festival.
